Is it necessary to install a mobile app to know when the transport is close to home?
No. It is possible to notify the user via a phone call or recorded voice message. The route assistant can trigger the call when the transport is close to the stop.
Can multiple people have access to a mobile app to track a family member’s transport?
Yes. It is possible to download the BatOnRoute Moving app to track the route. In addition, push notifications will be received about the route status, allowing users to know when it is close to their stop or if it is delayed.
