How can I manage student attendance control?
BatOnRoute has a list management module. Thanks to this module, different types of lists can be created and students who need to be present when lists are taken can be assigned.
Monitors responsible for attendance control will access the lists through the BatOnRoute Control app, where they can indicate which students are present and which are not.
Can I obtain a report showing which students were present and which were not?
Yes. From the administration panel, it is possible to obtain reports showing student attendance or absence at the time the monitor took the list.
Can students use their QR code to indicate they are present when attendance is taken?
Yes. From the Control app, the monitor in charge of attendance can scan students’ QR codes. Students whose codes are scanned will be marked as present, while those who are not scanned will be marked as absent.
If my child is going to be absent from an activity or the dining service, can I create an absence?
Yes. From the BatOnRoute Safe app, you can create absences in the lists your child belongs to.
Can I be notified if my child is not present on a list?
Yes. You will receive a notification informing you that your child is not present in the BatOnRoute Safe app.
